Hannah
Hannah is an amazing 8 year-old who was totally written off at 11 months by top medical professionals when she suffered a cardiac arrest following heart surgery. Hannah loves purple, chocolate, hugs and has cerebral palsy. She is very much loved by her family and friends who have worked tirelessly to bring back the little girl who is now challenging her disabilities and being encouraged at school to do the things other children just do. Her efforts to excel are reflected in her joy of life and fighting spirit.
